We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage our company’s presence across
various
social media platforms. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing
social
media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. The
ideal
candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong
understanding
of
social media trends and best practices
1-3 Year of Experience Required
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, including increasing brand
awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales
Manage and maintain the company’s presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other
multimedia formats.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and
professionally to inquiries and interactions
Cultivate and grow a community of followers and fans on social media by engaging with users
participating
in conversations, and fostering relationships
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media
efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend strategies for
optimization and improvement.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, measure the effectiveness of campaigns,
and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and
improvement
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative
development, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong
understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement
and
growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content
creation
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout
Social,
Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management
skills.
Creativity and innovation in developing social media strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and experience managing paid social campaigns is a plus
Passion for staying current with industry trends and developments in social media marketing.
